Shawnee Smith's first
film appearance was as a dancer,in the screen version of ANNIE. Since
then, she has appeared in MEN, EVERY DOG HAS ITS DAY, FEMALE
PEVERSIONS, BOMBSHELL, LEAVING LOS VEGAS, DESPERATE HOURS, WHO'S HARRY
CRUMB?, SUMMER SCHOOL, and IRON EAGLE. Last year, she was seen in Wes
Craven's CARNIVAL OF SOULS, ARMAGEDDON, and BREAKFAST CHAMPIONS.
Smith has also appeared
on television in "Players," "The X Files,"
"The Tom Show" and "Arsenio." She performed in the
television mini-series versions of Stephen King's "The
Shining" and "The Stand," as well as Jackie Collins'
"Lucky Chances."
Among the many movies for
television Smith has appeared in are "Something Borrowed,
Something Blue," "Face of Evil," "A Brand New
Life," "I Saw What You Did," "Bluegrass,"
"All Is Forgiven," "Easy Prey," "Crime of
Innocence" and "Not My Kid."
